In addition to the FEROX full feature, a number of short films are lined up for production. "Meaty Bits" (Working Title) is a dark satirical horror piece, focusing on contemporary hook-up culture. The script has been completed and will be directed by Dillon Kroe. It is set to be released later in the year.
*Projected release Fall 2025

Pre-production on the first FEROX feature has officially begun. In 1978, John Carpenter's HALLOWEEN paved the way for what is now a staple in the horror genre, the "Slasher Film." Every decade since then a slew of Carpenter-esque masked killers have been born, producing multiple long lasting franchises, catering to the ever growing demand for the slasher. Dillon Kroe (Writer/Director) mans the helm on what is to be a unique spin on this classic genre. "This film is based in reality, the horror that is consciously overlooked daily, by society and those who have sworn to protect us. History has shown us, time and time again, that the true monster, the creature, the boogeyman... is really us. Of course, it is deeper than that, so much so that the monster that we project onto the cinema screen, is our subconscious way of dealing with what hides and squirms deep within in our own mind. In an exterior way, we feel that the distance we've created is a safe space, where our hidden monsters then become fictional. We may distract ourselves from these unwanted shadows of the mind, but nevertheless they remain. Popping out occasionally from underneath the bed and closet of our consciousness, reminding us that they are still there. Poetically and artistically, these ideas will be explored within this film." -Dillon Kroe
